SANDBLASTING: Sandblasting, a compressor producing high pressure air, sandblasting machine, abrasives, hoses etc. It can be done anywhere with hardware and can be applied to all kinds of materials. However, the disadvantage of this method is dust formation. Hasyılsan uses many environmentally friendly systems in industry and industry.

GRADING OF SANDBLASTING Sandblasting is graded according to the extent to which unwanted formations are removed from the surface of the steel and to what extent the surface is abraded. There are some standard ratings in the World on this subject. The Swedish standard “Swedish Standards For Ground Vibrations And Airblast” SA 1, SA 2, SA 2.5 and SA 3 grades are used. These rating measures are classified as TS EN ISO 8501-1 by the TSE institution.
SA 1 : It is an extremely superficial degree of cleanliness. It is an extremely superficial form of cleaning on rusted surfaces and is called "sweeping" sandblasting in the market.
SA 2 : It is a degree of sandblasting in which the steel is well cleaned and the surface is highly roughened. “commercial” on the American SSCP sizing scale; It is classified as “3st quality 80% whole surface” on the British BS 4232 dimensioning scale.
SA 2 ½ : It is the most preferred sandblasting grade in the market, in which the steel surface is well roughened, almost all of the unwanted formations are cleaned, and the distinctive gray color of the steel can be easily seen. “Near White” on the American SSCP sizing scale; It is classified as “2nd quality 95% whole surface” on the British BS 4232 dimensioning scale.
SA 3 : It is a sandblasting grade in which the steel surface is roughened very well, unwanted formations are completely cleaned, and the distinctive gray color of the steel is completely revealed.

UHP WATERJET: Waterjet applications are a dust-free blasting method with few environmental side effects. The use of waterjets also has the ecological advantage of eliminating the collection and disposal of spray materials. Water blasting is also ideal for sensitive areas such as refineries where the use of grid blasting (classical blasting methods) is dangerous. Our experienced teams provide 400-600 bar HPWJ surface cleaning/washing and 2500-2800 Bar UHP water blasting services. In addition, UHP closed system robots, which collect the waste water and paint in our company with vacuum system, offer solutions for surface treatments.

DRY ICE (CO2) SURFACE CLEANING: Cleaning with dry ice is a very special and sensitive cleaning method, because it does not leave any residue after the cleaning process. Dry ice particles completely evaporate and disappear after scraping. The use of traditional cleaning methods in the cleaning of industrial areas creates various problems. Sandblasting, high pressure air, solvent cleaning, and conventional cleaning methods are highly abrasive and damage the surface being cleaned; They are risky and cause harm to the environment. CO2 Dry ice cleaning systems are a special method produced for effective and environmentally friendly cleaning of all kinds of surfaces. In this way, many objects can be easily cleaned. Dry ice cleaning is a blasting method similar to sandblasting. The use of dry ice particles as a blasting material has very important advantages. Dry ice particles hit the surface with the speed of sound and the dirt is frozen at -79 degrees on the surface. When dry ice passes from solid to liquid, it grows 800 times and explodes the dirt without damaging the surface, allowing it to separate from the surface. The gaseous carbon dioxide mixes into the air and leaves no waste.
 

AUTOMATIC SANDBLASTING: The Automatic Sandblasting Machine is produced to clean large workpieces such as steel plates, profiles, U, I and H beams. This type of sandblasting machine is mostly used for descaling, rust removal, paint removal, before welding, cutting, machining and burning processes. Used for paint preparation, deburring and general surface preparation. The parts to be sanded move with the help of roller conveyors located at the entrance and exit of the machine. Turbines are placed in the machine body at suitable angles so that the surface of the part can be sanded from the bottom and the top. The obvious advantages are that the products can be blasted quickly in length, blasting of semi-finished and finished products that can move on a roller conveyor, and having a conveyor system. Conveyor speed can be adjusted for each loading according to the digital speed control we use in our machines and the desired blasting surface.

STEAM ABRASIVE SANDBLASTING: It is a new generation, environmentally friendly blasting system. It reduces dust up to 92% compared to classical blasting and prevents the dispersion of dust to the environment by using a very small amount of water. Various abrasive materials (abrasive) can be used in this system.
