INDUSTRIAL ISOLATION

Hasyılsan İnşaat has implemented hot and cold insulation applications for more than 35 years in order to prevent energy losses in the oil and gas industry, LNG facilities, refineries, petrochemical and chemical facilities, power plants, marine and maritime industries and integrated farms and to make the system work more efficiently. with its experienced technical staff.

Hasyılsan İnşaat is a leading company specializing in cold and cryogenic insulation applications with its strong polyurethane injection equipment and prefabricated mold systems in its inventory.

Hasyılsan provides interdisciplinary coordination and cost optimization by increasing energy efficiency, preventing corrosion, and offering good planning to its customers, at the point of reducing heat losses in industrial facilities with hot and cold insulation applications.

COLD and CRYOGENIC ISOLATION
Cold and cryogenic insulation is a set of insulation methods applied in liquefied natural gas (LNG), oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, frozen food, cold air and ammonia facilities, pipes, equipment and tanks in environments operating at -196 to 40 C° Celsius.

Cold and cryogenic insulation requires a high level of workmanship. Any minor application or mechanical impact penetrating the vapor barrier can cause significant icing in the system. Errors not only put the process at risk and affect the quality of the products, but can also lead to significant energy and evaporation losses or undesirable system corrosion.

MULTI-LAYER COLD INSULATION
In order to obtain an adequate cold insulation, layers consisting of one or more vapor barrier layers are needed from protective layers composed of different materials. From these layers, strong insulation materials such as POLYISOCYANATURATE (PIR), CRYOGENIC BLANKET (CRYOGEL/AEROGEL), POLYURETHANE (PUR) or CELLULAR GLASS can be used.

Our cryogenic application areas;

- Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Storage tanks,

- Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Pipelines,

- Floating LNG (FSRU) Floating Storage Regasificaion Unit Ships,

- Liquid Nitrogen and Ammonia Tanks.

LIQUID INSULATION
Warm insulation insulation defines the isolation of environments with a temperature higher than 40 °C using various methods.

While materials such as rock wool, rock wool, glass wool, cellular glass, elastomeric rubber are generally used for insulation, materials such as aluminum, galvanized, and stainless steel sheet are used for protective coating to provide strength and vapor resistance to the system.

Heat insulation application, refineries, thermal power plants, combined natural gas cycle power plants, cement production facilities, glass production facilities, chemical production facilities, food production facilities, cooling towers, hot oil installations, steam boilers and installations, roof surfaces and situations where special thermal insulation is required. It is an ideal system for

Polyisocyanurate (PIR): PIR is a closed-cell, high-density foam board insulation made of various organic and inorganic materials, adhered to coatings on both sides.
Stone Wool: Also known as mineral wool, this insulation option consists of high-density mineral wool. It is often used to insulate industrial pipes and water heater tanks.
Fiberglass Blanket: This is an option of choice, also known as batt insulation or roll insulation. It consists of layers of fiberglass sandwiched between two sheets of paper or cardboard. It is primarily used as blanket insulation between wall and floor joists and joists.
Spray Foam: Spray foam insulation is sprayed into the cavities using special pressure equipment. It is a semi-liquid foam that becomes a dense sealant when dry.
Calcium Silicate: It is a naturally obtained, slightly calcareous substance used in high temperature and fire protective insulation applications in industrial facilities. It is available in preformed blocks, pipes and sheets and can safely withstand temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C).
Our insulation applications;

- Hot, cold and cryogenic insulation applications,

- Polyurethane injection (PIR), (PUR) applications,

- Polyurea spray insulation applications,

- Applications of removable valve insulation jackets,

- Sound insulation applications,

- Fire insulation applications.
